The Huayuan Packing Co. Ltd. was established in 1998 and its head office and manufacturing facility is located inXiantao City, Hubei Province, a major Chinese industrial city located about a one hour train journey from Hong Kong. The manufacturing site covers an area of over 28,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons. After more than 10 years of development and growth in Dongguan, Hubei Huayuan Packing Co. Ltd. was established in 2011 to further expand our business, the site is over 50,000 square meters and has an annual capacity of more than 7,000 tons. Now with two plants in the south of China and central of China, Huayuan can offer its clients significant manufacturing capacity together with security of supply.

Food packaging is Huayuan company's main product; to this end, Huayuan company strictly follow the requirements of the packaging for food direct contact, including cleaning and maintenance on facilities and equipment, personnel hygiene, pest control, etc. Each person need to complete the whole process of cleaning and disinfection before entering into the workshop.Materials need to go through wind blowerto remove dustbefore be sending into workshop; pest control system managed and maintained by professional company. Huayuan uses advanced production equipment in order to achieve high levels of efficiency and quality. We have a three-layer blown PE film line so we can quickly design appropriate PE formulations to meet our customer's applications and machine requirements. We have advanced printing presses fitted with automatic ink adjustment systems to improve the colour matching and pre-press processing. Automatic print quality inspection machines are used to check the print quality of every roll of printed film that’s produced in our facilities in order to guarantee the highest level of print quality. For the lamination process, the company uses a variety of methods including high-speed adhesive laminate, solvent-less laminate produced on Italian machines and extrusion laminate using tandem-die extrusion laminate machine. These various lamination methods allow us to use the most appropriate technology to meet our customer’s requirements and produce materials that can be used in a wide range of applications. We use high speed slitting machines with accurate control systems to slit rollstock so as to produce rolls with a good edge profile and accurate width.

We have a large range of various converting machines which can produce different types of pouches, including flat-bottom zipper pouch, fin-sealed pouch, standup pouches and special shaped pouches.

We have 20 automatic spout welding machines that offer hygienic and precise position control for spout welding and pouches used to pack liquids products are one of Huayuan most competitive products.

 

Advanced testing equipment, for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished product provides a comprehensive testing process to ensure product quality in line with our customer’s requirements. In terms of warehousing, the company's large-scale warehousing system can advantageously shorten the delivery time.
